Coming from a strong background in the oil and gas field as well as the real estate design and development sector, Qais currently serves as the CEO of Dream Group head quartered in Muscat, Oman.

Since his graduation in early 2011 from Sultan Qaboos University majoring in Geophysics, Qais joined Schlumberger Oman as Wireline Field Engineer until 2018. He was promoted in January 2016 to become the engineer in charge managing wireline operations and ensuring compliance of HSE, open & cased hole, service quality, site management and job planning until October 2018.

 In November 2018, Qais established Dream Villa Real Estate Development & Contracting and established over time the concept of Design-Build offerings in the market for luxury villas before his title change took place in January 2022 to become the CEO of Dream Group where Dream Villa and K-Design are both member companies.

Post university graduation Sultan Qaboos University, Qais received multiple professional training courses in US, Malaysia, Bahrain and Oman.
